Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping: Monthly and quarterly bookkeeping Preparation of financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) Bank and credit card reconciliation Accounts payable and receivable tracking GST computation and support for IRAS filing Fixed asset register maintenance and depreciation schedules Tax & Compliance: Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) filing Corporate tax filing (Form C / C-S) XBRL preparation for ACRA filing Annual return filing with ACRA Payroll & Employee Management: Monthly payroll processing CPF submission Employee IR8A filing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong analytical and numerical skills Basic accounting knowledge and willingness to learn Singapore accounting standards Proficiency in accounting tools and Excel Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
