The role - Lead Software Engineer As a Lead Software Engineer, you will grow, manage and lead a team of developers building multiple PwC products and client services. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Define engineering best practices, including AI‑assisted development guidelines, coding standards, and reference architectures Setup solid DevOps and CI/CD blueprints and documentation templates Manage web development projects and support business development efforts Design product/ project architecture and create viable backlogs Build and coach the team, providing technical hands-on support when needed.
