At current, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Senior Customer Care Supervisor to join bbf: care, our property management and client services division.
The successful Candidate will be the one who prioritizes full accountability for service quality, vendor relationships, and operational performance across the entire managed portfolio.
Location : Limassol
Reporting to : Client Relations Executive
Main Tasks include:
- Receiving and handling customer calls, messages, and emails;
- Ensuring the quality and timely processing of customer inquiries;
- Coordinating interactions between the management company, the leasing department, Facility Management, the accounting department, and other divisions;
- Tracking overdue requests and analyzing the causes of delays;
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and working to improve the customer experience;
- Maintaining and managing the customer database;
- Participating in the development and improvement of the task tracker;
- Preparing and implementing communication standards, response templates, and work procedures;
- Analyzing customer inquiries and identifying opportunities to improve processes;
- Participating in the training and onboarding of new employees;
- Preparing reports on hotline operations.
Requirements for the position:
Essential
- Proven experience in customer service up to 3 years - ideally in property management, hospitality, or real estate,
- Tech savvy - advanced user of Microsoft Office, AI-assisted productivity tools as preferable.
- Organised, structured, and comfortable owning a broad operational function,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills,
- English and Russian proficiency; Greek - Advantage.
Preferred
- Experience coordinating processes or teams is an advantage,
- Experience working at a management company is an advantage,
- Background in insurance coordination or claims administration,
- Track record of building or improving a service function from the ground up.
