What You'll Do:
Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing and collections
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure timely payments
Prepare monthly reports on receivables status
Conduct credit checks for new customers and assess risk factors
Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing processes

What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
