Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Broker Sales Manager to join our team in Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte. As the Broker Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of real estate brokers to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Manage a team of real estate brokers and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and other key stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve the skills and performance of the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales campaigns and initiatives
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
- Licensed real estate broker is a plus
