We are looking for a Manufacturing Program Manager STIVA 1.

What will you do?

The Manufacturing Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing manufacturing programs that support operational excellence, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating across multiple departments, this role ensures that all programs align with the company’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable results in quality, cost, and efficiency.

How will you do it?

  • Lead comprehensive management of manufacturing programs by clearly defining scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accountability and commitment to results.
  • Facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration to address challenges effectively, ensuring alignment and efficiency in every project phase.
  • Drive readiness for new product introductions (NPI), process changes, and capacity expansions, fostering innovation with a focus on strategic priorities.
  • Monitor and enhance key metrics such as production output, process capability, cost performance, and quality indicators.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks within manufacturing workflows by employing problem-solving methodologies and empowering teams to actively contribute to improvements.
  • Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance throughput and reduce waste.

What are we looking for?

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing programs or complex projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing scale-up.
  • Lean Six Sigma training or certification.
  • PMP, Agile, or other formal project management certification.
  • Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations.
