Job Description: 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager_ Security Solutions to join our client team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client accounts while providing excellent customer service. You will be instrumental in deepening client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our security solutions consistently deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their security needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within new and existing accounts
  • Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our security solutions and resolve any client issues or concerns
  • Monitor and analyze client usage and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and ensure client retention
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews and reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and demonstrating the value of our services
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective security solutions
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services to potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in selling security solution in Lebanon. Gulf exposure is an advantage
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with physical or cyber security products and platforms
  • Prior experience in the security solutions, cybersecurity, or technology services sector.
