As an Epic Systems / Healthcare Business Analyst - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving software and product innovation within our Business Analysis team. You will be at the forefront of client support, leveraging your skills to analyze complex problems and develop impactful solutions. Within our Managed Services practice, you will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver data-driven insights and AI-managed services that enhance client operations.

As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complex situations. You will guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional standards. Your role will involve anticipating client needs and delivering quality solutions, all while embracing ambiguity and using it as an opportunity for personal growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of healthcare business analysis. Your contributions will support the broader objectives of our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network, driving innovation and excellence in client service engagements. Responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive business analysis to support healthcare clients using Epic Systems
- Developing and managing business requirements and functional specifications for healthcare projects
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather and refine business needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Utilizing analytical thinking to perform competitive analysis and market trend evaluations
- Leading process improvement initiatives through process mapping and optimization techniques
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product lifecycle management and product roadmaps
- Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance
- Creating technical documentation to support business systems and processes
- Implementing business process re-engineering (BPR) to drive efficiency and standardization
- Supporting IT project lifecycle management to deliver successful project outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

-Having knowledge in healthcare domain.

-Understanding of SQL concepts and data governance  

-Strong documentation and communication skills  

-Agile delivery experience
