The Role
Join our international customer support team in Barcelona as a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Representative. You'll be the voice of our brand for Norwegian-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, and chat. Full training is provided — no experience needed.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound customer queries from Norwegian-speaking customers, resolve issues efficiently and professionally, collaborate with a multilingual team in a hybrid work environment, and meet quality and performance targets with the support of your team leaders.
What We're Looking For
Fluent Norwegian (native or near-native level) is essential, along with good English communication skills. A positive, can-do attitude and strong people skills are a must. No previous experience required — we train you from day one.
