Role Overview:
The Sales Account Executive will manage and grow national client accounts, focusing on FMCG clients. The role involves handling key account management, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring high client satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone with a proven background in sales, client management, and logistics/FMCG operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development.
  • Prior exposure to client management, acquiring new clients within the logistics or FMCG industry is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple national accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain national client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in identifying and acquiring new FMCG clients to drive business growth.
  • Support business development initiatives and sales campaigns for national accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with logistics and FMCG industry trends to inform account strategies.
