Qualifications
Matric
Bachelor's Degree (not essential but preferred)
Experience and Skills Required
1 year inbound/outbound call centre sales experience
1 year VAPS experience (beneficial)
Fluency in English is essential plus one other official language

Share ideas and insights to improve sales team effectiveness
Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and profiles
Promote and sell value-added products to customers
Deliver high-quality customer service in every interaction
Apply effective sales techniques to meet and exceed targets
Handle objections and close sales professionally
