The role requires strong sales capability, the ability to identify customer needs and position relevant solutions that enhance customer value and experience.

Qualifications


  • Matric

  • Bachelor's Degree (not essential but preferred)

Experience and Skills Required


  • 1 year inbound/outbound call centre sales experience

  • 1 year VAPS experience (beneficial)

  • Fluency in English is essential plus one other official language

Key Responsibilities


  • Share ideas and insights to improve sales team effectiveness

  • Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs and profiles

  • Promote and sell value-added products to customers

  • Deliver high-quality customer service in every interaction
