Products in your portfolio could include credit cards, term loans, LOCs, and other forms of flexible lending. You will maintain an all-encompassing view of the product, from its initial design and customer experience through to operational execution and financial performance.
You will demonstrate a rare skill set: the ability to bring new products to life (0-to-1) and the strategic insight to grow and optimize existing products (1-to-N). Success means not only driving benefits for the product portfolio but also creating synergistic value for the entire QFG enterprise.
This role demands a bias to action, quick but informed decision-making, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement—finding ways to add efficiency, speed, and accuracy in the ways we collaborate, make decisions, and deliver products.

P&L Management & Product Oversight: Own the full responsibility of the product's P&L and financial performance. Drive the design, user experience, and implementation of the product construct, key features, operational processes, and customer servicing.
Customer Value Proposition & Insight: Develop a deep ability to understand customer needs, with expert knowledge of how Canadians choose, utilize, and manage their financial products. Define and optimize your product’s value proposition by connecting key features and benefits with the customer outcomes that resonate most.
Execution Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Lead execution using Agile methodologies and best practices. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to add efficiency, speed, and accuracy in our ways of collaborating, making decisions, and ultimately delivering the best products for our customers.
