Position: Customer Advisor

Location: Athens, Greece

Work model: Hybrid

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle transactions and payment-related inquiries, including refunds, manual charges, and payment tracking
  • Onboard new B2B customers and support them throughout the initial setup process
  • Maintain and update merchant information accurately within internal databases.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum C1+ level)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong overall PC handling skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex financial inquiries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner with strong numerical and data-handling abilities
  • Problem-solving oriented with a proactive approach
  • Team player who is comfortable multitasking and working toward targets
  • Confident working across multiple systems and software tools.
