As a Snowflake Developer - Associate - Analytics as service - operate, you will engage in managed services, focusing on outsourced solutions to support clients across various functions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by managing key processes on their behalf. Your role will involve project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver services that meet client needs effectively.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team that transitions and runs services, manages delivery teams, and continuously improves managed services processes, tools, and services. Responsibilities

- Supporting the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
- Collaborating with delivery teams to optimize processes and improve service efficiency
- Engaging in project management tasks to streamline operations and reduce costs for clients
- Utilizing automation and process improvement techniques to drive operational excellence
- Assisting in the development and implementation of service management strategies
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to refine managed services tools and processes
- Gathering and analyzing data to identify patterns and inform service delivery improvements
- Contributing to the design and development of automation frameworks to enhance service delivery
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Adapting to diverse client environments and challenges to consistently deliver quality work
- Building a personal brand by taking ownership of tasks and delivering value to clients

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
