Responsibilities:

1.Lead development project to delivery eMotor control product in scope, time, quality and budget for internal and external customers.

2.Lead quotation project for order intake by driving technical solution, cost and industrialization planning.

3.Ensure project progress and milestones according to internal/external process and derive measures in case of deviations or claims.

4.Project presentation, documentation and reports on different levels.

5.Engage with Customers to dig business opportunities and product insight.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor ’s degree or above with high voltage electronics& mechanical background

2.More than 5 years’ experience in Automotive project management

3.Proactive attitude to drive for targets, remove barriers and lead team to find solutions.

4.Team spirit and good soft skills in communication and indirect reporting management.

5.Proficient in English (both oral and written)
