About the Role
We are looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive support experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner
Provide clear, accurate, and timely support to customers
Identify issues and deliver effective solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Meet performance targets (KPIs) and maintain quality standards
Collaborate with internal teams when required
Requirements
Fluent Polish (C1/C2)
Good English (B2+)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
