Description
Key Responsibilities:
Robot set up: complete robot set up as and when required. Monitor robot performance and complete trouble shooting.
System Compliance: Ensure that all Manufacturing related systems are followed by self and subordinates. Record compliance with the system.
Performance Monitoring: Track Plan v/s Actual production qty and raw material consumption
Problem-Solving & CAPA: Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) implementation for production related issues.
Process Improvement: Work with team to implement continuous improvement by improvement methodologies (QCC, Kaizen, LEAN & Six Sigma).
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure suppliers meet regulatory and company quality standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO19443) and maintain proper documentation and certifications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to align supplier quality with business needs.
Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to workmen on quality expectations, standards, and best practices.
Escalation Management: Serve as the key point of contact for Production related issues
