Retail Sales Executive ( Thai )

Salary: 15k THB + Performance-based incentives
Experience - Experience in selling mobile accessories in Malls for at least 1 year.
(Mobile covers , screen guards, exclusive skins , customized mobile accessories etc)
Experience of interacting with customers and convincing to buy the mobile accessories
Experience of selling high end mobile accessories to premium customers will be an advantage.

Locations: Multiple locations across Thailand, including Central Pinklao (เซ็นทรัล ปิ่นเกล้า), Siam Paragon, Betrend, Bangkapi, and other key malls.

Language Skills: Proficient in Thai language and basic English (Must be able to give interviews in English).

Reporting to: Sales Supervisor

Unique Selling Proposition (USP): Lifetime replacements for most accessories with minimal charges, world's thinnest mobile screen guards, and plans to expand to 3-5 locations in Thailand.

Job Time: As per mall operating hours (10 am to 10 pm) Single person can work in the entire shift and can be given overtime pay or 2 people can work in split shifts as part timers

Job Mode: On-site work at designated locations and required to visit the given locations frequently

Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers, promoting high-tech mobile accessories and premium products.

Experience in selling mobile accessories in Malls for at least 1 year.
Experience of interacting with customers and convincing to buy the mobile accessories

Achieve sales targets within specified time frames.

Demonstrate proficient communication skills in Thai and basic English.

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members and report to the Sales Supervisor.
