About the Role
The HR Operations Manager oversees centralized HR operations and ensures efficient delivery of HR support services across the organization. The role leads core HR functions including employee services, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, onboarding, benefits administration, records management, and end-to-end employee lifecycle support.
Key Responsibilities
HR Shared Services Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure timely delivery of HR support services.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job movements, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure achievement of service delivery KPIs, SLAs, accuracy standards, and turnaround times.
  • Standardize HR operational processes across the organization.
Employee Services & HR Operations

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for HR operational concerns and employee support issues.
  • Oversee HR records management, employee data maintenance, and HR transactions.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, timekeeping, and government-mandated compliance requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and services.
Process Improvement & HR Transformation


  • Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization within HR operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Support HR system enhancements and HRIS optimization projects.
  • Stakeholder Management & Service Delivery
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to align HR operations with organizational needs.
  • Maintain strong service-oriented relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective issue resolution and escalation management.
People Leadership & Team Management



  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR shared services teams and supervisors.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
  • Support workforce planning and capability-building initiatives.
  • Governance, Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, company policies, and HR operational controls.
  • Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and HR analytics for management review.
  • Support audit requirements and ensure proper HR documentation and controls are in place.
Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 6 to 10 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume HR processes and service delivery operations.
  • Strong background in HRIS, payroll coordination, employee services, and Philippine statutory compliance.
  • Experience handling KPIs, SLAs, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in BPO, telecommunications, shared services, or large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
