Description
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement business transformation plans in accordance with bank level strategy
- Establish and maintain bank-wide Digital Strategy and Roadmaps
- Develop and adopt agile transformation framework at end-to-end project management
- Drive and lead team members on Agile principle and provide guidance to the teams
- Work closely with product managers to support Agile development of various projects, work as Scrum Master to delivery values of Agile Scrum to the teams
- Lead cross-departmental projects and establish effective communication between internal and external stakeholders towards project objective
Requirements:
- Degree or above with major in Business Administration / Information Management/ Statistics/ Finance/ Fintech or related discipline is preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in strategy planning and project management, experience gain in banking industry is preferable
- Hands-on experience in agile product management are preferable
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices and design principles
- Experience in Lean management is preferable (i.e. Value stream mapping)
- Great understanding in OKRs, Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) is preferable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
- Familiar with agile collaborative tools (e.g. JIRA / Confluence)
- Flexible and adaptive to changes
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager
