Description

As a Premier Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing high-value customers for the bank's CASA (Current Account Savings Account) segment. This role is crucial in driving the bank's growth and expanding its customer base. You will be a key player in developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and provide mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targeted business growth.
  • Identify and target high-net-worth individuals and businesses for CASA acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of referrals and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the sales process.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in banking sales.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-performance team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, especially in the CASA segment.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
