We are currently searching for a Senior Technical Program Manager:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Define program objectives, success metrics, and governance frameworks to guide project execution.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across multiple streams, proactively identifying signals before incidents occur.
  • Analyze existing data across enterprise tools to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Design and implement data models and flows within Microsoft Dataverse for scalable solutions.
  • Build and customize PowerApps to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and flows.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerApps for custom application development.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, specifically in reporting, dashboards, and DAX.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desired:

  • Experience with Azure services and integration with Dataverse.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
  • Background in Business Intelligence.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.
