Role Overview
Join a dynamic team supporting YouTube content creators and partners. You will assist users with platform-related questions and ensure a high-quality support experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support YouTube partners via phone, email, or chat
Resolve account, policy, and platform-related queries
Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards
Requirements
Fluent German
English is a plus
With or without previous contact center experience
Salary & Benefits
Base salary: €15,260 gross/year (entry level)
Signing bonus: €2,000 – €2,500 (possible)
