As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications support operational goals effectively, continuously refining and adapting the systems to meet evolving business demands. The workday is dynamic, balancing technical development with problem-solving and coordination across teams to deliver reliable and efficient applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices within Workday environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain system integrity.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Workday modules.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
