• Monday to Friday: 07:00 19:00 (Rotational Shifts)

• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Your Mission:

Join our growing team in Braga and become the friendly, reliable voice for our French-speaking customers!
As a Customer Service Representative, youll help clients solve their problems, answer questions, and create positive experiences that build trust and loyalty.

Youll work in a supportive environment where communication, teamwork, and empathy make all the difference.

What Youll Do:

• Assist customers in French via phone, email, and chat.

• Handle inquiries and provide accurate, efficient solutions.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.

• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.

• Represent the company with professionalism and positivity.

What You Bring:

• Fluency in French (spoken and written).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (Monday to Friday).
