As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with specific business processes and application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java, MySQL.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture and design patterns related to Spring Boot development.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services using Java frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment practices, particularly within Amazon Web Services environments.
- Ability to design and optimize relational database schemas and write efficient queries using MySQL.
- Competence in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of enterprise applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
