What You’ll Do

As an Accounting Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and meaningful financial insights:

✅ Manage and maintain accurate financial records in line with accounting standards

✅ Support tax compliance, including VAT declarations and local requirements

✅ Drive month-end & year-end closing processes (journal entries, reconciliations)

✅ Deliver financial reports & analysis to support decision-making

✅ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Native Italian and intermediate English skills
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• 3–5 years of experience (ideally in a multinational or SSC environment)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting (IFRS/GAAP)
• Solid understanding of tax & VAT regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, analysis tools)
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
