Description
Counsel current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of purchased equipment to predict and prevent losses. Navigate multiple systems / applications to research and resolve customer inquiries and help them get the most out of their products, documenting interactions and following up as needed.
Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills. Comply with corporate policies and internal business processes, procedures while meeting, exceeding service performance and quality standards.
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Experience handling multiple priorities within established time constraints
