Description
We are seeking a Software Application Developer / Configurator to design, implement, and support digital solutions that optimize operational processes and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role focuses on working with low-code / no-code and custom application platforms (e.g., Tulip) to develop scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and drive digital transformation in manufacturing and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop applications supporting operational processes
- Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions
- Support application testing, validation, and deployment
- Provide ongoing production and operational support
- Train new hires and end users on implemented solutions
- Maintain and update procedures, documentation, and forms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment
- Lead or support the delivery of solutions across multiple business areas
Qualifications
Experience in application development or configuration (low-code/no-code preferred)
- Knowledge of manufacturing, quality, or operational environments
- Experience with platforms such as Tulip (or similar) is a plus
- Basic understanding of system integrations (APIs, databases, IoT)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
