Leading Financial Services company requires a Product Manager for a permanent role based in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Identify and conduct internal user research to understand data consumers' needs
• Establish a comprehensive roadmap for products and gain the buy in of commercial and data science & analytics leaders across the business
• Provide operations management and manage service availability of the various technologies
• Responsible for leading, partnering, transforming and delivering digital workplace services
• Build stakeholder relationships and create a wide-ranging network of relationships across organisational boundaries
• Ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives
• Define or refine success metrics and Service Level Objectives (SLOs)

Requirements

• Matric
• National Diploma in an Information Technology related discipline or Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems
• 7+ years' experience in leading data platform teams with about 2 years in a modern context with cloud technologies
• Experience owning and managing a budget and resource planning
