Job Description:

• Identify the position required by the user
• Create recruitment materials
• Fulfill the labor requirements required by clients
• Conduct screenings, interviews and interviewing, as well as reviewing CVs and supporting documents
• Search for new candidates in the field

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter/HR/Operations professional in the F&B industry
• Extensive database of F&B industry candidates for efficient talent sourcing
• Hold a Bachelors Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
• High-energy, passionate, and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting recruitment quotas
• Willing to be mobile and support operations in both Balikpapan and Samarinda
