As the Senior eDiscovery support analyst, you will be responsible for supporting CLCA’s eDiscovery hosting platforms Relativity and RelOne. Your responsibility is to provide the best customer experience for users, both internal and external. You will play an important role in designing, implementing, deploying and supporting those platforms. You will work closely with various teams such as Client Services, Data Management, Development, and Infrastructure. Also work closely with vendors in supporting our platforms.
We need someone who can:
- Support large enterprise customer with a very demanding SLA that spans across multiple time zones, countries etc.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all parties, both external and internal.
- Troubleshoot complex distributed systems that involve Citrix, VDI, Windows servers, Linux Server, AD, MFA, and SQL Servers.
- Pick up new eDiscovery technology to provide the best support for our customers.
- Drive and collaborate with other teams to get things done.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
- Relativity server 5-7 years of overall support experience required. Minimum 2021 version.
- RelOne 3-5 years of support experience required.
- eDiscovery industry experience.
- Good understanding of general technologies such as Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Linux Server, Database, MFA, Networking, Web, and Cloud (Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills. Can create any necessary documentation for users.
- Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
- Be proactive and don’t wait to be told to do things.
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
- Supported eDiscovery platforms from both the frontend and backend.
- Experience in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure
- Knowledge of Windows infrastructure such as AD, GPO etc.
