Scope of Services / Deliverables:
The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:
Share Admin Tool operations
Support for Group, Home, and Temporary shares
Data restore and backup of server configurations
Simpana Archiving operations
3rd level IT support and IT direct operations
Active Directory (AD) operations and administration
VMware imaging
SharePoint Online support and consulting
Server file system administration
User administration and print services support
Server troubleshooting
DNS administration
