Are you an experienced professional in commercial, retail, or industrial property management? We are seeking a Commercial Sales Admin to provide vital support in managing our property portfolios. This role combines administrative excellence, sales and marketing support, and client engagement to ensure seamless operations across all aspects of our real estate business. Administrative Support:
Scheduling meetings with home buyers and sellers
Updating of transaction management systems
Drafting of a listing agreement
Proofread and manage contracts
Documentation needed for real estate license renewal
Ensuring file compliance for transactions like a mortgage loan, opening an escrow, etc.
Sales Aspect:
Managing social media platforms
Updating of each online property profile
Creating collateral for marketing activities like flyers, posters, ads, etc.
Client Support:
Generating client information and feedback
Act as initial contact for potential clients (through phone calls or email management)
Updating the client database system
Must have demonstrated experience in Australian commercial/retail/industrial property management for 9 months or more.
Experience in software (e.g., Agent Box, VaultRE, Box and Dice, etc.)
Manage commercial portfolios (contract, leases, tenant liaison, compliance, marketing, brochures, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Teams, Excel, Word) and Google Suite.
Experience in tools like Airtable, Cirrus 8, and other checklist tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Can start ASAP.
Technical Requirements:
Equipment is self-provided

Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps
