Overview

This position offers high earning potential to those sales professionals that know how to close business. We expect members of this team to understand how to solution sell to the B2B space. Located at our beautiful office space in Plano Texas; the Inside Sales team has an amazing work environment, training and key resources necessary be successful.
Responsibilities
- The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships and growing wallet share with existing Crestron dealers.
- Additionally, Inside Sales will work closely with the field organization to collaborate and execute sales strategies that provide revenue lift within the assigned territory.
- You will be expected to cultivate and manage deep relationships with executive level clientele.
- Maintain activity record in Salesforce CRM for accounts.
We are looking for a person who has:
- Experience with managing Channel sales efforts
- Strong knowledge of managing and attaining aggressive quotas
- Demonstrated awareness of the market, with the ability to deliver business value to the account and build on customer relationships.
- Must be comfortable with in a quota-carrying environment.
- Be an experienced sales professional that can hit the ground running.
- Proven track record to meet or exceed targets and goals
- Ability to tell a technical, industry, or market story that positions Crestron as the best solution
- Self-motivated & passionate with ability to work effectively in a highly automated & collaborative sales environment
- Strong relationship skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts
Qualifications
- 3-5 years' Sales experience, Account Management and/or Inside Sales experience with a focus on consultative solutions and relationship selling.
- A/V or technical product/service sales experience - preferred.
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Excellent over-the-phone communication skills.
- Must have demonstrated negotiation skills and be a strong closer
- The ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including a strong familiarity with the Microsoft Platform
- Understanding of reseller and channel business models and how they interact with manufacturers.
- Experience with CRM software, Salesforce experience - a plus.
- Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
- College Degree -- preferred.
- Able to be onsite 100% at our Crestron office location in Plano, Texas initially.(Thereafter ole will be hybrid 3 days week in office after training period.)
