Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00/year + sign-on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment; remainder after 90 days; pro-rated for part-time).
About the Role:
This is a clinical position and due to contract obligations, it requires an independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is seeking a creative, energetic, and skillful Program Director to oversee the development and functioning of the newly redesigned Community Services Agency (CSA). The CSA provides community-based services specializing in child welfare and behavioral health through Intensive Care Coordination, Family-based Intensive Treatment and Family Support and Training levels of care.
The successful candidate will join a team of managers overseeing a multidisciplinary clinical team, contributing to daily operations including staff meetings, training, morale, safety compliance, and fostering a strong sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of CSA programming, ensuring alignment with mission, quality standards, risk management, financial goals, and strategic direction.
- Hire, train, supervise, and support staff across all levels.
- Manage case assignments and ensure compliance with program specifications and contract requirements.
- Provide emergency program coverage as needed.
- Represent the program in the community through meetings, trainings, and public engagements.
- Participate in agency-wide committees and cross-program initiatives.
- Ensure staff meet training and regulatory requirements.

- Strong knowledge of the Massachusetts CBHI System of Care and Wraparound services.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) required.
- Proven experience in program management and staff supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community-based work.
