Roles and Responsibility: 

• Use technical knowledge to process and analyze computer binary files.
• Meets business objectives and team targets defined by Service Level Objectives. 
• Manage service incidents or problems and enhances end-to-end processes. 
• Ensures that services are delivered effectively and efficiently. 
• Assigned to do project management or employee-driven initiatives that will address concerns on increasing productivity, efficiency, and delivering operational excellence.

 
Qualifications: 

• Knowledge in Python, Development, Networks, and Quality Assurance. 
• Candidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent. 
• With 500+ internship hours requirement. 
• No work experience required
