Description

We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager to drive profitable sales growth across a national customer base for our client. The role is focused on building strong relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering value-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key customers through consultative selling.

  • Develop quarterly account plans and deliver on sales and margin targets.

  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

  • Conduct customer research to identify opportunities and shape activity plans.

  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to strategic supplier partnerships.

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information on CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12

  • Commercial/technical qualification - Degree

  • 4 - 6 years B2B sales or account management experience.

  • Strong business and commercial acumen with confidence in financial calculations.

  • Proven solutions sales, relationship management sales in Technical, Electrical enviroment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP CRM experience is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Technical aptitude and an interest in new technologies.

  • Valid drivers licence.
