About the Opportunity

Sales Partnerships is launching a seasonal (May - September) dedicated field sales team to support the residential expansion of Greyhawk, a fast growing service driven pest management company.  We are seeking a Door-to-Door Sales Manager to help launch and guide a residential sales team in the Centennial/Highlands Ranch market. This is a player-coach role, meaning you will actively sell and earn your own commissions while also supporting and coaching a small team of sales representatives.

This role is ideal for someone with strong door-to-door or outside sales experience who enjoys leading from the front and helping others succeed.

What You Will Do

• Lead a small team of door-to-door sales representatives in assigned territories
• Actively sell pest control services to homeowners and earn your own commissions
• Coach team members in the field and support daily sales activity
• Conduct ride-alongs and provide real-time sales coaching
• Help new hires ramp quickly through field training and mentoring
• Track sales activity and performance using mobile sales platforms
• Maintain high standards of professionalism while representing the Client brand

Compensation

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + End-of-Season Bonus

Base annualized salary of $60,000 plus uncapped residual commissions, with total annualized compensation "at plan" of $80,000+.  Earnings include residuals on a personal selling quota plus an override on the team's selling quota, providing steady, lower-variability income throughout the selling season.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales, outside sales, or home services sales
  • Proven ability to close sales in face-to-face environments
  • Natural leadership and coaching ability
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead by example
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in assigned territories
  • Experience in pest control, home internet, home services and/or home security system sales is a plus.

Sales territories are located throughout surrounding residential neighborhoods.

Schedule

Full-time field schedule working in afternoon and early evenings when most homeowners are home.  Prime schedule is Tuesday through Friday (afternoon through early evenings) and Saturday (daytime).
