✅ Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
✅ Provide support with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
✅ Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service.
✅ Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.

📝 Requirements:
✅ Language skills: German (C1/C2) & English (C1).
✅ Soft skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
✅ Residence: Must already reside in Malta.
✅ Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
