Role Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to drive brand visibility and sales through strategic campaigns and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

• Handle customer inquiries & offer tailored solutions

• Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients

• Utilize email, social media & events to generate leads

• Collaborate on creative assets (posts, brochures, landing pages)

• Generate & convert leads through smart sales strategies

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns

• Stay ahead of trends & competitor strategies

• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 2-3 years experience in sales and/or marketing

• Excellent communication & copywriting skills

• Strong analytical skills to assess marketing impact
