Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance to customers.
  • Promote company services including car registration, insurance, and after-sales support.
  • Recommend optional accessories and additional products to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and Sales Manager.
  • Prepare quotations, explain pricing, financing options, and discounts.
  • Advise customers regarding current and upcoming vehicle models and availability.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper and relevant departments.
  • Work closely with the Customer Relations Representative for vehicle registration and insurance processing.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing customers to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Branch Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
