Description
Responsible for network high-level and detailed design, implementation, operations, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Assess, design, implement, troubleshoot, and document Cisco networks and related systems
Providing network operations support and administration; monitoring regional network infrastructure performance and solutioning of technical problems
Designing and implementation of network infrastructure
Assisting with the implementation of agreed infrastructure changes, maintenance routines and component updates and upgrades
Provide network consultancy service to meet organization requirements.
Develop both high-level and detailed implementation and test plans for Cisco technologies related to enterprise and Data Centre networks
Develop documentation as it relates to project requirements, and assist with or develop customer facing presentations of technology solutions.
Write assessment and design reports, and present them to our customers.
Diploma or Degree in Telecommunication or Computer/IT Engineer.
Experience working with Cisco N9K, C-3560, C-3560X, C-3650, C-6500 and Alcatel 6K switches.
Experienced in dealing with Cisco/Alcatel TAC case escalation and reporting.
Good knowledge in Ethernet network, IT service management, and Linux/Windows systems.
Proficiency in IP subnetting, ARP, VLAN, ACL, eBGP, iBGP, BGP-RR, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, STP, VTP, SNMP, QOS, HSRP, VPC, VRF, DNS, DHCP, Linux and Microsoft OS is a must.
Understand the basic network monitoring system such as Zabbix, Cacti etc.
CCNP is required for experienced application.
Must be able flexible to work and able to work weekends and after office hours.
