We're looking for an experienced FIX Onboarding & Support Engineer, to join and support our client, a leading global investment bank. It's an on-site consulting opportunity based in Hong Kong to work with a regional team supporting anything from implementing new customers through to helping existing client's FIX connections to other Asian regions.

Daily Responsibilities: 

• You'll be working with mixed asset classes covering equities, futures and options, providing creative solutions and putting client experience at the forefront.
• Work closely with clients, vendors and trading desk to ensure connectivity is is maintained and robust
• Communicate client needs and find solutions at L1 and L2.

Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in FIX
• Good production knowledge in equities/ derivatives
• Strong Linux/Unix experience
• Perl scripting as well as SQL
• Experience in TCP/IP
• Good communications skills in English
