Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Danish Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a global leader in the BPO industry in Lisbon, Portugal. Supporting one of the world's most iconic technology brands—the largest search engine globally—you will assist users with inquiries related to product features, e-commerce, software, hardware, and connectivity. Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging platforms.
  • Handle user interactions regarding pre-sales inquiries, general account questions, and technical support requests (troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity).
  • Maintain a consistent, polite, and professional brand tone across all communication channels.
  • Manage an individual ticket queue efficiently, ensuring strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with specialized and backend technical teams to escalate and resolve complex support cases.
  • Contribute to overall content quality by reviewing help center materials and suggesting internal process improvements.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish (C1) with a good command of English (B2).
  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable navigating computers, multi-screen environments, and common customer support ticketing platforms.
  • Core Competencies: Quick problem-solver with a proactive, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to a shift-based environment, including weekends or shift rotations.
  • Experience (Plus): Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a BPO setting is considered an asset.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time hours operating on flexible shift rotations, which include weekend coverage based on project requirements.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

  • Base Salary: €1,500 Gross x 14 months per year.
  • Performance Bonus: Monthly performance-based incentive of up to €100.
  • Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day.
  • Health Coverage: Private health insurance available from Day 1 for a nominal fee, becoming completely free after 6 months of employment.
  • Environment: Access to a modern, centrally located, and well-equipped office in Lisbon, alongside team benefits and structured career development.

Relocation Support

  • For Candidates Outside Portugal:

    • Sourcing and placement in a room within a company-managed apartment for 12 months at a fixed, subsidized cost of €280 per month (deducted directly from your salary).
    • Reimbursement of your inbound flight ticket up to €400 (paid out on the 6th month of employment).
  • For Candidates Inside Portugal:

    • The accommodation option is strictly reserved for applicants transitioning directly to the company from an immediate industry competitor.
