Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Working hours: 8 hours per day
Salary: BGN 2,800
Contract duration: 4 weeks onsite (training included)

Join our Customer Care team and help customers get the most out of their Fitbit products. As a Polish & English Support Specialist, youll assist with orders, deliveries, and product setup, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
What We Offer:

Full-time contract with training

Responsibilities:
Assist customers with Fitbit products, orders, and deliveries
Provide guidance on product settings and troubleshooting
Deliver friendly, solution-oriented support
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Fluent Polish and strong command of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, empathetic approach to customer service
Willingness to relocate to Sofia
