Senior Lawyer
Location: New Cairo, Egypt
Company: B.TECH
Job Purpose
To protect the company's legal interests through managing litigation cases, legal investigations, court procedures, and enforcement actions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle legal procedures before courts, police stations, and governmental authorities.
- Draft lawsuits, legal memoranda, and related legal documents.
- Attend court hearings, investigations, and legal proceedings on behalf of the company.
- Follow up on legal complaints, reports, and ongoing cases.
- Execute and monitor court judgments issued in favor of the company.
- Conduct internal legal investigations when required.
- Review and support the drafting of contracts and agreements.
- Monitor legal and regulatory updates that may impact the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation and legal procedures.
- Previous experience in collection companies or banking sector is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Civil Law.
- Very good English language skills.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills.
