The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to help scale and innovate the core systems behind this AI-driven platform. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of backend services and AI infrastructure, contributing to game-changing features that are reshaping sales workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building scalable, event-driven backend systems using Python and/or Go
- Developing efficient data pipelines and APIs for workflow automation
- Working with cloud technologies (AWS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities and ship impactful features
- Designing robust architectures and monitoring solutions to ensure reliability at scale
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years as a senior backend engineer
- Proven expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Strong experience with AWS services and database technologies
- A passion for solving complex problems with clean, maintainable code
- Exposure to CRM systems or AI/ML integrations is a plus
- Startup experience and a bias for action
