We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team of Business Application Management Office professionals in our Toronto office.
Business Application Analyst - Toronto
The successful applicant will be a passionate and results oriented self-starter with the capability to foster and build upon relationships with new and existing talent.

Accountabilities include:
- Maintain policy document template library and perform product configurations as requested
- Triage and track application and system issues affecting the production environment, provide root cause analysis and, if possible, provide effective and timely resolution
- Manage tickets (bugs and change requests) related to production support, ticket escalation to vendor
- Coordinate application releases in production and staging environments with vendor
- Pre-release testing and quality assurance
- Perform trending analysis of problems to implement proactive solutions
- Develop and document operating procedures for troubleshooting, product maintenance, and other processes related to the application support
- Provide functional application orientation and training
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for information to support end users by answering phone calls and emails, participating in conference calls and meetings when requested
- Communication with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems preferred
- Experience in Financial Services and/or recent graduate
- Previous production support and/or project management experience an asset
- Bilingual in French and English an asset
