Sales Manager – High-Performance Automotive Store

Leadership Opportunity | Performance-Driven Environment | High Income Potential

Team Automotive Group is actively seeking a driven, accountable, and high-performing Sales Manager to help lead and develop our sales operation.

This is not a desk manager position for someone looking to maintain the status quo. We are looking for a leader who can drive performance, enforce process, develop people, and create consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

If you know how to lead from the front, hold teams accountable, and maximize opportunities while building culture, we want to talk.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

· Leading daily sales operations and team performance

· Driving showroom, internet, and phone conversion

· Managing desk structure, deal flow, and gross opportunities

· Coaching and developing Sales Consultants daily

· Ensuring CRM discipline and follow-up accountability

· Monitoring KPIs including:

  • Closing %
  • PVR
  • Appointments
  • Follow-up activity
  • Lead response times

· Helping recruit, onboard, and retain top talent

· Maintaining energy, urgency, and accountability across the floor

· Strong lead-to-show and show-to-close conversion

· Consistent sales and gross performance

· High activity and process accountability from the team

· Strong CRM execution and follow-up culture

· Previous automotive sales management experience preferred

· Strong desking and deal-structure knowledge

· Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

· CRM and follow-up accountability experience

· High level of urgency, professionalism, and communication

· Strong understanding of gross, volume, and performance metrics

· Valid driver’s license
